HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Rhode Island will face its season's largest snow storm, so the American Heart Association (AHA) advises adults over 45 and those with heart risks to use ergonomic tools and take breaks while shoveling. Residents should switch to a snowblower or hire help if chest pain, lightheadedness, or palpitations occur. The Providence Journal
