- ➤ Rhode Island Energy is preparing for a winter storm expected to hit later today and tomorrow, with gusts reaching 60 mph and snow accumulations between 6 and 20 inches. The utility has deployed over 330 crews to restore service & work with local officials if outages occur. Go Local Prov
