- ➤ Cranston police are investigating several crimes that happened Friday morning; officers went to a home on Cranston Street at 5:00 a.m. after an attempted break-in and later looked into larcenies and a car theft from vehicles on Vera Street and Woodland Avenue. 10 WJAR
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ On March 14th, top researchers gathered at Brown’s Engineering Research Center for a National Academy of Engineering symposium on neurotechnology and neural engineering—Brown hosted its first such event to discuss how engineering can help understand the nervous system and treat injury and disease. Presentations included breakthroughs like brain-computer interfaces that let ALS patients control devices and research on how anesthesiology techniques may offer new treatments—highlighting the event's focus on a multidisciplinary approach.
