Providence Police responded to a shooting on Public Street Sunday night (6:30 p.m.) where a 17-year-old male was taken to a hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening and detectives continued their investigation with no arrests made.

Providence Police arrested Lucy Carr on Friday, August 22 at about 7:00 p.m. for tagging the historic Shepard Building on Westminster Street; her boyfriend was also arrested for obstructing officers—she had an active bench warrant.
