- ➤ Providence high schoolers earned real work experience as paid interns at Brown University through PrepareRI — a program that has connected about 300 students since 2018 with roles in collegiate athletics, science, and animal care. Brown University
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The MBTA and Keolis Commuter Services announced emergency repair schedule changes on the Franklin/Foxboro, Fairmount, and Providence/Stoughton lines that will begin on Sept. 2. Some inbound Franklin/Foxboro trains will run 20 minutes later while buses will replace service between Foxboro and Walpole on weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.—passengers should check updated schedules.
