- ➤ Smithfield High School reinstated five suspended football players today after they attended one session of a planned year-long Holocaust education program following a hazing incident in September that involved allegedly dousing a Jewish freshman with Lysol. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ RIDOH placed AJ Pharmacy and pharmacist Charles Agwunobi on probation on October 25 after an inspection from July 7 through September 15 found expired and misbranded drugs at the Smith Street location in Providence. Under a consent decree, Agwunobi agreed to reorganize the pharmacy and schedule a third-party inspection—steps designed to meet pharmacy regulations—with all inspection costs covered by the pharmacy.
