- ➤ Newport Creamery at Garden City Center will close on Dec. 28 when WS Development does not renew its lease - ending a 60-year legacy a year early. - ➤ Water for Elephants, nominated for seven Tony awards including Best Musical, will tour the Providence Performing Arts Center from Dec. 2 to Dec. 7. - ➤ Centurion Foundation CEO Ben Mingle sent emails on Nov 7th asking state regulators to end talks with Prime Healthcare because he said this risked his nonprofit’s bid to buy Roger Williams Medical Center and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.
