- ➤ Upgraded amenities and an expanded boardwalk will welcome visitors to state beaches in Narragansett and Westerly on Memorial Day weekend. - ➤ The East Providence community dedicated a playground at Grassy Plains Park to honor 5-year-old Blake Costa, who died in 2020 after his battle with brain cancer. 10 WJAR
